Blot stains immediately and clean with mild soap mixed with equal parts white vinegar and water. Shedding is normal: vacuum regularly with beater bar off, and shedding will reduce over time.

Shipping & Returns

Most rugs ship via FedEx or UPS and arrive within 1-2 weeks of order receipt. Rugs greater than 8’ in length are required to ship via third party carrier and arrive within 2-4 weeks of order receipt. Rugs are not eligible for express delivery.

At Bixby & Ball, we strive to offer the highest quality and satisfaction and we want you to love your pieces as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of merchandise within 30 days of purchase, less shipping and handling. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned rugs, lighting and mirrors. Upholstery, furniture, art, holiday and sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but unfortunately damage can occur in transit. We ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damages within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
