Most items ship via USPS or UPS and arrive within 5-7 business days of order receipt.
At Bixby & Ball, we strive to offer the highest quality and satisfaction and we want you to love your pieces as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of merchandise within 30 days of purchase, less shipping and handling. All rugs, lighting and mirrors incur a 15% restocking fee per piece, per return. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Upholstery, furniture, art, holiday and sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but unfortunately damage can occur in transit. We ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damages within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
