What if an item is on backorder?
We strive to display the most current and accurate inventory information, however occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted via email in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment.
Will I receive all items in my order at the same time?
We ship your items as they are available. If all items in your order are in-stock and ready to ship, you will receive them at the same time. If an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, it will ship separately, at no additional charge.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter the promo code during checkout to receive a discount on your order. Promo codes are not applicable to previous purchases and cannot be used when purchasing gift certificates. Only one promo code per purchase; not combinable with any other offers. Shipping and handling charges still apply. Limited time only.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we provide our signature gift wrap at no additional charge as our gift to you. You will have the option to include a gift message during checkout online and orders received with a gift message will be gift wrapped.
What is your return policy?
Bixby & Ball will gladly accept returns of merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a full refund made in the original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original, new and unused condition and must be accompanied by original receipt. Within 30 days of purchase, Bixby & Ball will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of the sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt). After 30 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.Special orders, upholstery, furniture, art, one-of-a kind and sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
At Bixby & Ball, we strive to offer the highest quality and satisfaction and we want you to love your pieces as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund made in the original form of payment, less shipping and handling. Merchandise must be returned in its original, new and unused condition and must be accompanied by the original order receipt.
After 30 days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Shipping costs on returned items will not be refunded or credited unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to process the exchange or return and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. There is a 10% restocking fee on returned rugs, lighting and mirrors. Upholstery, furniture, art, one-of-a-kind and sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but unfortunately damage can occur in transit. If your order was received damaged, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 858.436.7214 within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you promptly. Unfortunately, claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted and are unable to be returned.
