Shipping & Returns
All Cisco Home upholstery is made to order in 22-28 weeks per fabric availability. If you wish to provide your own fabric, the lead time is 10-12 weeks once the fabric arrives. All upholstery ships via third party carrier and is not eligible for expedited delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
At Bixby & Ball, we strive to offer the highest quality and satisfaction and we want you to love your pieces as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of merchandise within 30 days of purchase, less shipping and handling. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returned rugs, lighting and mirrors. Upholstery, furniture, art and sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but unfortunately damage can occur in transit. We ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damages within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
