  • Vacuum regularly. When vacuuming, set vacuum so that the brush is the furthest away from the surface of the carpet. For spot cleaning, immediately blot (do not rub) spills with white paper towels or a clean white absorbent cloth. Scoop up solids. If a cleaner must be used, test a small area before applying to the entire stain. Blot up the spill with a blotting motion and then rinse with clear water on a clean cloth. Do not over saturate with water. We recommend annual professional cleaning.

Most rugs ship via FedEx or UPS and arrive within 1-2 weeks of order receipt. Rugs greater than 8’ in length are required to ship via third party carrier and arrive within 2-4 weeks of order receipt. Rugs are not eligible for express delivery.

At Bixby & Ball, we strive to offer the highest quality and satisfaction and we want you to love your pieces as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of merchandise within 30 days of purchase, less shipping and handling. All rugs and mirrors incur a 15% restocking fee per item, per return. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Upholstery, furniture, lighting, art, holiday and sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but unfortunately damage can occur in transit. We ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damages within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
