Shipping & Returns

Standard Delivery

Most in-stock items are shipped to arrive within 5-7 business days upon receipt of order. Please note that items ordered together may not arrive together, and occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted via email in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment.


Rugs

Most rugs ship via FedEx or UPS and arrive within 5-7 business days of order receipt. Rugs greater than 8’ in length are required to ship via third party carrier and arrive within 2-4 weeks of order receipt. Rugs are not eligible for express delivery.


Lighting

Most lighting ships via FedEx and arrives within 7-10 business days of order receipt. Lighting is not eligible for express delivery.


Furniture

Most furniture ships via third party carrier and arrives within 2-4 weeks of order receipt.


Mirrors

Most mirrors ship via FedEx and arrive within 7-10 business days of order receipt. Mirrors are not eligible for express shipping.


Art

Our artwork is made to order and arrives within 6-8 weeks of order receipt. Delivery method is standard ground only and oversized pieces ship via third party carrier.

Express Delivery

By choosing express delivery at checkout, we will expedite orders for in-stock items. Express orders will arrive within 2-3 business days. Business days do not include holidays and deliveries occur Monday through Friday. Express delivery is not available for rugs, lighting, mirrors, artwork, furniture, oversized items or out of stock items, and is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. We are not responsible for, and are excused from, delays due to events outside of our control, including by not limited to weather-related delays, work stoppages or delays, or other unexpected circumstances. For overnight delivery, please call 858.436.7214 for rates and availability.


Outside of the Continental United States and Canada

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will ship via UPS and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.


PO Boxes and AFO/FPO Addresses

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.


Return Policy

At Bixby & Ball, we strive to offer the highest quality and satisfaction and we want you to love your pieces as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund made in the original form of payment, less shipping and handling. Merchandise must be returned in its original, new and unused condition and must be accompanied by the original order receipt.

After 30 days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Shipping costs on returned items will not be refunded or credited unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to process the exchange or return and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. There is a 10% restocking fee on returned rugs, lighting and mirrors. Upholstery, furniture, art, one-of-a-kind and sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but unfortunately damage can occur in transit. If your order was received damaged, please contact us by emailing orders@bixbyandball.com or calling 858.436.7214 within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you promptly. Unfortunately, claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted and are unable to be returned.

To initiate a return, please follow these three easy steps:

  1. Email orders@bixbyandball.com and be sure to include your full name, order # and item(s) you would like to return. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
  2. Print the label and affix to your package, careful to remove or cover the original shipping label.
  3. Schedule a free pickup at ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or drop off at your local UPS store or authorized shipping outlet.

Sales Tax

All applicable taxes will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in the state of California.
