All Bixby & Ball made to order pieces are a final sale, so we ask that you carefully review the product details and lead times before proceeding with your purchase. Lead times are located on the product page under the Shipping & Returns tab. Once the order has been placed and put into production, no changes can be made and it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned.
Please note that all lead times are approximate and are subject to change based on manufacturer production schedules and availability. In the event that lead times are adjusted beyond the original estimated date of completion, Bixby & Ball will provide updates on impacted items as soon as we receive them. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for shipment from the estimated date of completion. If multiple items are ordered at the same time, the full order will ship together once all items are completed.
Fabrics may vary from each given dye lot and an exact match cannot be guaranteed. If a cutting for approval (CFA) is requested, lead times will be increased by approximately 1-2 weeks pending customer approval. It is recommended to request fabric swatches before placing an order to confirm your selections. To request fabric swatches free of charge, please email hello@bixbyandball.com or call 858.436.7214.
It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm that all purchased pieces will fit through entry points and into the desired space upon delivery. Bixby & Ball will not be held responsible if made to order pieces do not fit through entry points or in desired spaces. Should this situation occur, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed for returned items pending our approval, in addition to any return shipping costs.
Prior to shipping, all items are thoroughly inspected with great care to ensure they meet our quality standards. In rare cases damage can occur during transit. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all items before signing off on delivery. If damage has occurred during transit, please contact Bixby & Ball immediately and confirm that the delivery service has notated the damages in detail on the bill of lading. Without proper notation of any such damage at the time of delivery, we will be unable to file a claim with the delivery service on your behalf. Bixby & Ball will not be held responsible for any damages once the item has left the manufacturer’s warehouse, however any such issues will be resolved with the delivery service directly on the customer’s behalf.
We proudly stand behind all of our products and will gladly accept responsibility for defective items if it is determined to be a manufacturing issue. Should the item be deemed defective by Bixby & Ball, we will provide a replacement, not a refund. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at orders@bixbyandball.com within 48 hours of delivery.
