If a cutting for approval (CFA) is requested, lead times will be increased by approximately 1-2 weeks pending customer approval. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm that all purchased pieces will fit through entry points and into the desired space upon delivery. Bixby & Ball will not be held responsible if made to order pieces do not fit through entry points or in desired spaces.
